Delivery Area
- Delivery is available only within metropolitan France.
- Orders placed from outside France cannot be accepted.
Delivery Times
- Orders are generally prepared and shipped promptly.
- The average delivery time is 10 to 12 business days.
- ⚠️ During peak periods (public holidays, promotions, high demand), an additional delay of 3 to 5 business days may occur.
Delivery Conditions
- The parcel is handed over upon presentation of a valid ID and signature.
- If you are absent, a delivery notice may be left and your parcel will be made available at the nearest pickup point.
Delivery Issues
- Orders must be delivered within a maximum of 30 days.
- If delivery is not completed within this period, the customer may notify the seller in writing and request cancellation of the order.
- In the event of cancellation, the full amount paid (product + taxes + shipping) will be refunded to the original payment method.
- If the parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, the customer must inform customer service within 3 days.
